1How Do I Place An Order?

2Is there a minimum order for every transaction?
Yes. We normally require a minimum order of 50 pieces on any particular item. For customized USB with 2D and 3D designs we require a minimum order of 200 pcs.
3Should I make follow-ups on my order?
We’d love to hear from you. You’re welcome to call us using the numbers indicated on this site. Contact us via E-mail us or message us through our social media channels. You can also message us via the chat window on this page.
4How do I pay?
We accept the following modes of payment: cash, check and online deposit to our account.For deposits made to our account, please inform us once payment has been made by sending us a copy of the deposit slip. Please also state the date, amount paid, and transaction number so we can process your order. We require a down-payment of at least 50% of the total purchase price.
5How do I confirm my order?
Once we receive the down-payment of the purchase price, we will contact you to confirm your order.
6Is shipping and delivery free of charge?
Shipping and delivery fees are for the account of the buyer.
7For how long can I expect the items to be delivered?
Confirmed orders will be delivered on the date agreed upon.
8How can I track the status of my order?
We’re still working on our tracking system. For urgent inquiries, call or email us.
9Can I cancel my order?
No, once down payment has been made.
10Does ACOBS have a Return and Exchange Policy? What if the items I bought are defective. Can I return them?
ACOBS has a Return and Exchange Policy only with regards items that have hidden defects. Please return the defective items and we will be happy to replace it. Items damaged through inappropriate use or through the negligence of the buyer will not be accepted.
11How do I return defective items I ordered?
You can deliver the items or send it to our office via forwarder. We will call or E-mail you once we have received the items in question.
12Does ACOBS have customer support on the items sold by them?
No. But we will do our best to help you connect with a certified authority who can properly assist you with your concerns.
13Can I borrow a sample?
Yes. We require a sample fee for every item borrowed. The sample fee will be returned once the samples are returned.
14For how long are the USB items under warranty?
USB items enjoy a one (1) year warranty for the chips only.
